We are a CPA firm located in Riverside California. We offer pension auditing services to all states who have adopted Section 23 of The Uniform Accountancy Act. Because the Department of Labor Audit is a federal requirement, the audit requirements are exactly the same in all 50 states. It is not unusual for the employer to have multiple locations across multiple states. Additionally, the investment institutions (where the pension investments are held) and third party administrators are often times located in different states from the employer. Our clients span from coast to coast; from the west coast, in California, and as far as the east coast, in Massachusetts. Auditors working on your audits are highly trained, experienced and educated professionals whose expertise is exclusively within the field of pension services. The pension audits are conducted accurately, efficiently and without unnecessary disruption of your staff. We offer pension services in the area of accounting, auditing , taxes and litigation support . We are also associated with other qualified pension professionals such as nationally recognized pension attorneys and pension litigation attorneys. Together we can provide you with our combined expertise in representing whatever pension needs you may have. This act is the framework developed jointly by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (Boards of Accountancy of all States). The AICPA is a national level society with member CPAs from all 50 states of which our firm is an active member. We are also a members of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA's Audit Quality Center for Employee Benefit Plans. The Employee Benefit Audit Quality Center keeps us current with updates and important bulletins as they are issued by the Department of Labor's ERISA division and AICPA. This assures that the quality of your pension audit will meet the ever changing demands of both the Department of Labor and the AICPA. ** We are proud members of the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center ("EBPAQC"). This membership is only available to those firms that meet rigid requirements specific to employee benefit plan audits including policies and procedures for the plan audit practice, continuing professional education requirements and internal peer review inspection.
We perform pension audits all 12 months of the year. Because we are considered specialists in this area and this is all that we do, our audits are performed very efficently. In recent years, we have streamlined all of our efforts to making our audits extremely automated allowing us to perform "virtual audits". This has allowed us to bill out our fees moderately lower than most quality CPA firms.
